The 7-Day Pranayama and Breath Retreat at the Aranyaka Yoga Foundation will take place over 7 days and 6 nights at the Divine Yoga Center, renowned as the best yoga school in Rishikesh, India.
This retreat primarily focuses on the practice of pranayama, but it also incorporates daily yoga asanas, relaxation techniques, and meditation practices to provide a well-rounded experience. The asana practice emphasizes Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles.
